Good reviews

I have been attending this school for about 10 years, if not more - beginning in the 90s. I attained my ASN in 2000 and passed my NCLEX on the first try. I returned because they began a BSN program, both online and in person and accepted all of my prior classes (mostly). Registering for the few remaining classes, has been a challenge.

Great college very helpful teachers

AMAZING SCHOOL! Enjoy fun in the sun while studying for classes. Or take a relaxing day off at the pool right by the school. It definitely is a vacation spot!
Bad reviews
Overall 1.2
They faked their way through SACS. Student services people are just plain dumb and only think about what is good for their own good. Quality of instruction is poor. The web site has a pretty front page but no content, hard to use and unforgiving. They need to drug test the Marathon staff.
Overall 1.6
The college is OK. It's in a very expensive area ($2500 a month rent), the food is bad, some professors/faculty can be rude. If I could go back, I wouldn't have chosen FKCC. The clubs are like high school drama all over again. The classes are hit or miss, but mostly easy A. The area of Stock Island is the "bad part" of Key West. Have pepper spray.

Worst school ever, staff only cares about themselves
Overall 1.7
It would seem that the President and Provost look out for themselves and not the students, I was paying over $1000.00 in lab fees for classes that had no labs, when I complained about this I was told Oh Well nothing we can do about it. Informed the board of trustees about this and the just looked at the President who said "Not True" go figure.

Great place for opportunities that a traditional college can't give you (e.g. getting technical scuba skills), however, if you're here just cause you want a fun versatile college experience, look elsewhere; you'd have much better luck at Florida schools such as FIU, FSU, UF, and etc.

School's accredidation is on the line. I felt cheated out of a great education. Lots of promises which ended up being lies. Choose to go north for all education needs, do not get stuck here.
