By first semester of first year in History at Trent, all of my professors knew me by name. It's a wonderful experience to be so close with one's professors
Overall 4.9
I switched here from Brock University, the atmosphere is SO much better. The prof to student ratio is tremendous and majority of the profs are so wonderful. Love it enough to want to pursue my masters here as well so that's something.

I would and do recommend Trent to everyone.

I LOVED attending Trent, some of the happiest times of my life spent here. School was extremely supportive of my success. Can't recommend it enough!

The location at trent is phenomenal. I love that the campus is immersed within nature and that the students get to know one another very quickly

Overall Great Well-Rounded Experience

Smaller university with great opportunity to connect with professors and build a network. Student Union is amazing and there is a vibrant and well supported clubs scene, lot's of ways to get involved!
Overall 4.6
Although Trent is not a school people think of when they think of great schools in Ontario, it is a very good school and offers many opportunities... often more than their more popular counterparts.
Overall 4.6
Best vegetarian and vegan selection of any university dinning halls
Bad reviews
Overall 1.3
Professors at this school do not care if you are currently or/& have had history of struggling to cope with mental illness (SAS students included). Not wheelchair accessible during the winter. For the past year, there has been a huge waitlist to see any of the Trent counsellors. Want to learn/better yourself as a person? Do not go here.

Do not go into Trent Nursing if you want a good education.
Overall 1.7
AWFUL School! I would not recommend it to anyone. I completed the nursing program and have never felt so unprepared and unsupported. The nursing faculty are hostile and get very defensive if complaints/concerns are raised. Faculty only protect their staff and will not go above and beyond for students. Prepare to teach yourself everything.

They have a long way to go if they actually want to increase student satisfaction. Peterborough is a small town and looks like it.
The competition between both Trent and Fleming College for housing makes finding a place a nightmare. The resources are good but inaccessible.
Many profs really care but housing and admin don't care about students.
