Trinity has been the best place to me to grow in my faith and prepare for a career. This place has provided me with the opportunity to develop life long friendships and learn how to work hard in the classroom and on the soccer field.
Overall 4.3
I chose to transfer to a higher ranked and more recognized school because I felt that this university has so much more to offer. Trinity provides quality education and has the best professors who truly care about the students educational growth and for the students as individuals.

When it came to looking for a job after graduation, no one knew about TIU. They were not helpful with finding a job after graduation, no alumni connections. Don't expect much from here. I would not recommend, please go to Depaul, Loyola, UIC... anywhere is better then then Trinity.

Coming to TEDS was the worst decision of my life. Stay away from the OT dept. Coursework and exams could be ridiculously difficult but actual class teaching and discussion was mediocre. Campus facilities were always in need of repair. Many professors are extremely slow to answer emails. Avoid TEDS at all costs.

DO NOT COME HERE!! You have to really be in your faith to enjoy this school. If you are looking for "the college experience" it is not here. Its like a train station, students come and go, only a few stay. Its very strict here, you are forced to go to chapel. If you like the area, you are better off at Lake Forest College.

This campus has no effective security (i.e. understaffed, unarmed guards and cameras in only a few places), very poor professors on the undergraduate side, and a general lack of excellence. There are exceptions, but just about all of the staff are either preoccupied trying to climb their careers ladder or are just too lazy to do their jobs well.
