I absolutely loved this school if they offered the four year degree I was going for, i would no doubt stay here for all four years. Staff is super friendly and nice besides the coffee lady in the sierra building she was very rude to me because I didn't realize she was in the middle of counting something and they were in the middle of closing.

I transferred to TMCC from San Diego so I didn't know what to expect. Well, I was very pleased with the overall experience. I have since returned to SD but have a great amount of respect for my time at TMCC. It's a clean campus and everything is easily accessible. I like the staff too, very helpful & patient, especially the veteran's resouce center
Overall 4.8
It's a smaller Community College but, for its size it really does offer a lot.
Overall 4.8
I love this school and hope it builds a great reputation as time goes on. The instructors are caring and accommodating to many students, especially non-traditional ones. The administration cares about bringing our campus into the future and innovating. Clubs are few, but very engaged. Everyone really puts their best foot forward, here.
Overall 4.8
Great campus and most professors are super passionate about teaching. The one thing is the financial aid office is a complete zoo. It's run by the students and no one ever has an answer. Hardly helpful at all. You really have to dig deep to find out anything in there. They'll give you wrong information so make sure you double check.
Overall 4.6
This school is really good for anyone interested in entrepreneurship program coming to TMCC was good choice for two years because it allows you to get your prerequisites for college also it's cheaper than going straight to 4 year university.

its nicer than UNR AND SAFER MOER PEPOLE TO KEEP A EYES OUT FOR DANGER AND THEY BULE LIGHT TO CALL 911 AND A BUS TO TAKE Y TOUR CAR

I'm so glad that I came o TMCC to get my Associates! I highly recommend!
Overall 4.5
I took two classes as a nondegree seeking student. I had low expectations for a community college, but I was blown away by TMCC’s facilities and faculty. SGA had way more events than I ever expected. Facilities and instruction were well worth the cost. I can see how it would be difficult to keep clubs when many students leave after 2 years.
Overall 4.5
TMCC's a beautiful college with a magical atmosphere, friendly stuffs, and great professors. You get to connect with friendly counselors, academic advisers and professors to guide you through your learning process! There are also nice peer tutors to help you with every problem.

TMCC is an institution about the money, not educating.
Overall 1.6
If you are incoming International student I do not recommend this school. First of all the advisors does not really help you. During my first year they put me in a higher class that is not even on my plan and I had to figure everything all alone. I keep on emailing and calling them but you have to wait a week or so for them to answer you.
Overall 1.7
It is like a small high school that takes college courses. There are this cliques of people who hang around the buildings causing a lot of noise. There is the nurse clique who invades the cafe area and there is this gaming clique who even bring in a TV from home and play in the walk way!! Even in the library it is impossible to concentrate!!
Overall 1.9
Being dual enrolled at UNR and TMCC makes me appreciate UNR so much more. TMCC is located in a spot that if Reno gets snow expect class to be canceled regularly and your studies to be effected and there are little to no student resources to help you learn if you're non-degree seeking at TMCC. In my opinion, UNR us worth the extra tuition costs.

Main campus is way outside of town, the more accessible locations hardly get any classes.
