I attended this school for a year following Calhoun and UAH is amazing!
Overall 4.8
Transferred here from a different school and it was absolutely phenomenal. I made so many friends and there's so much to do in the area.
Overall 4.8
I absolutely love UAH. I look forward to attending my sophomore year in a, hopefully, post-COVID world, but it is the best school I could have thought to go to. Definitely recommend it for STEM majors!
Overall 4.8
This might just be because UAH is a perfect fit for me, but I could not be more happy here. On top of everything above being great, you can't forget about the amazing scholarship opportunities. 2/3 of everyone on campus is on some form of scholarship, and plenty of people have full tuition. If you're looking to avoid debt, GO HERE!
Overall 4.5
UAH has a lot of great resources to support and enhance the student experience. I am meeting life-long friends and being exposed to many great opportunities.
Overall 4.5
I love my school.
Overall 4.5
Lots of opportunities. Safe and fun!
Overall 4.4
I like UAH sometimes
Overall 4.4
Great school!
Overall 4.4
Social would be a 3.5 in my book, but only due to COVID. There are still so many activities happening around campus. The only food I really eat in the cafeteria are the pizza and pasta stations, which are good, but get old. The other stuff isn't too good.
Bad reviews

boring, horrible professors who only cater to the people who look like my printing paper
Overall 1.6
Do not trust what people tell you. Always double-check their information. UAH is NOT a college to get a teaching degree. Wildly unprofessional professors that lie and gatekeep to then power trip because their attendance numbers are so low. The buildings are old and smell terrible. Save a lot of money and go elsewhere.
Overall 1.6
Honestly. Uah has been the worse decision of my life. If you're here for engineering, choose else where. You can guarantee you will have no social life, you'll have around 60 hours of homework a week for 12 credit hours, you'll have to teach yourself, youll fail exams even if you study 80 hours. Only 2 out 40 professors I had were actually good.
Overall 1.9
Overall, UAH is not a good school to go to. The professors here are rude and awful. If you want a positive college experience then go elsewhere. The school only wants your money but does not want to help or teach you. This college is the reason I am transferring to UAB. No opportunities offered and No social life. UAH has been a disappointment.
