UHMC staff and professors care so much that even though I'm an online student, I feel like I'm on campus. I think people overlook universities in Hawaii because of bias. I can honestly say that UHMC is awesome. The quality of the classes is excellent, and everyone is caring and helpful. I love it!

There are many, many, instructors and professors who are there with you every step of the way. There hasn't been 1 professor who wasn't able to answer my questions and if they couldn't, they always got back to me or led me in the right direction. Faculty, staff, and students are all welcoming and truly display the Aloha spirit!
Overall 4.1
Great school for those who have busy lives and or going back to school. The faculty is very nonjudgmental and very helpful and wants you to succeed. The culinary students who make the lunches every day are my favorite part of my day because the menu changes weekly and the food is immaculate.
Overall 4.1
This school is no longer just a 2 year college. It has increased its offereings to make available a few 4 year degrees. They still work with the community to prepare students for what employers are looking for in an employee. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful to their students.
