I am a freshman at the University of Lynchburg. To say I am extremely happy in my decision to attend this University, is an understatement. The atmosphere is super inclusive, the teachers are welcoming, the food is great, and the campus is beautiful and well-kept.
Overall 4.7
LC is a wonderful school. The professors actually care about your success. I have had professors let me rewrite papers to get higher grades because they want me to succeed. There is plenty to do on campus and off campus. Go downtown and explore Lynchburg! The school is located in a pretty safe area and campus security is always on patrol.

Lynchburg College is a beautiful campus with professors that generally care about their students. They offer so many social opportunities on campus to make you feel like part of the LC family! I am so happy to be spending my four years here to complete my degree. Go Hornets!
Overall 4.6
I like it here, love how close everything is. Only complaint is Wi-fi sucks but they're working to get it fixed. I also love the small class sizes.
Overall 4.6
Lynchburg College will always be home. The best part about LC is there dedication to adapt with the times. If theres a problem the whole institution will take part on the issue. Students are never afraid to question the institution and the President of the College always listens. If you want a passionate community, LC is the place.

I'm transferring to another University in Lynchburg. I love the city but not the school.
Overall 1.4
The college lacks resources
Overall 1.4
I personally do not like LC. There is nothing to do on campus & it has personally ruined my college outlook. I see all my friends having the time of their lives at their colleges & I feel like I am stuck here. The people are very judgy & cliques are formed as soon as you get there if not before. You will be bored if you are not on an athletic team
Overall 1.4
Predominantly rich, white. Very one sided politically, environmentally, socially.

My college experience at the University of Lynchburg was sub par at best. This school prides itself on social cliques and Greek life and if you don’t fit the mold, good luck. Most of the social aspects are for select few and if you didn’t make connections freshman year you won’t have any the rest of the time there.
Overall 1.7
Professors and students seem to be in a bubble at this school. No real life expectations. I would not recommend this college to a student!
Overall 1.9
Mold in the dorm rooms. The food on campus is super gross and not healthy. Diversity levels are low. The tour of Lynchburg when people visit do not reveal what life on Lynchburg really is. There are not real food options after 7 pm because the cafeteria closes at 7. There is Westover, but you get sick of eating junk food all the time.
