So I’m a hybrid student. I really haven’t had any problems on campus. Everything has been good for me. I really do enjoy the online programs and activities around campus. advice if you know theirs a class that you’re going to struggle with take it online I promise its better. I have no complaints and my time has been good????

Overall 4.7
This university offers online options that other universities in the area do not offer. So, if you are a working full/time, this might be the option for you to work and complete coursework. This university also excels at providing resources and support to students that are working through trauma, medical disabilities, disabilities in general.

I love the U of M! Its 5 stars in almost every category! The safety in the past wasn't always the best, but since I've been here on campus, Ive always felt safe and they have increased security features. Midtown and downtown Memphis has the BEST food, BEST bars, & overall the best connections after college. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!
Overall 4.6
The University of Memphis is extremely underrated. I transferred in as a sophomore and I never would have thought I would have liked it, but I have really enjoyed it. The campus safety isn't great but that's just because Memphis isn't the safest city. The university police department is actually pretty good however t
Overall 4.6
The area around the University is dangerous and gunshots ring nightly, but on campus is pretty safe.

Awesome just focus!
Overall 4.5
I'm pretty happy at the University of Memphis, rating it an 8/10. Academically, it's solid with great study groups and professors. Social life is vibrant, thanks to campus activities and city events. Some dorm facilities need fixing, but overall, the community vibe and affordability make it worthwhile for me.

Just don't, this place is absolutely horrible and unsafe!

A complete joke--a high school not a university
Overall 1.6
Welp, if you need this place to get a degree, then this will work for ya. All in all, this place sucks and makes getting a degree a living hell. If you take any sciences classes here, good luck. I'm being a little harsh on this school; it's not THAT bad, but still, this place actually does suck. It's great for the money and proximity. That's it.
Overall 1.7
If you can avoid coming here, please do. I have had maybe 2 professors who have actually shown interest in teaching & who care about students. I have many classes in the fieldhouse, which is old & run down + air conditioning never works. As far as advisors go, they have wasted my time and THOUSANDS of dollars! They also won't help with scholarships.
Overall 1.9
I personally do not like the school. A lot of that has to do with the fact that the people who run it have really turned the institution into a for-profit experience and it's obvious. This places rakes in a lot of money but a bunch of buildings are from the 70s and look like garbage, I can't even fit into the bathrooms because they're poorly built
Overall 2
This school is too expensive in comparison to its environment. Buildings are run down and dirty, roaches flying around the hallways. It's not AWFUL but I definitely shouldn't have come here, students are great though :)
