Truly a gem of a school, with small class sizes, and in a nice, quiet place to study. The professors truly care and are passionate about what they study. UT Martin is offering countless opportunities in west Tennessee and beyond.

Great professors, beautiful campus, and a great college experience. Was very sad when graduation approached, as I had to leave.

I came from a small town, and I wanted a small town college with great opportunities. That is exactly what I got!

Caring faculty who encourage students to excell. Located in small town, but I consider that a plus. College is pretty much what you put into it. UT Martin gives you all the opportunities.
Overall 4.7
If you are looking for a college that is close-knit, small and friendly, has a ton of opportunities to get involved, and an overall stellar education, then UTM is the place for you.

UTM is an amazing place to settle down for a few years especially while in college. The community is amazing.
Bad reviews
Overall 1.1
Looking back, the years have soured. The engineering program requires internship like other UT schools but they have NO PLACEMENT PROGRAM. Besides that it will give you a good taste of the power of the degrees after it is too late. The engineering program is probably one of the worst in the country. 3.0 gpa from other program 4.0 from UTM
Overall 1.8
Campus is run down and cheap. Administration is useless and doesn't care about students. Most of the professors are completely useless and have no idea how to teach. I really wish UTM would screen their professors better, there's so many teachers here that just cannot communicate effectively.
Overall 1.9
boring place , not much to do , deserted , bunch of grass and Greenfield's
