I like this school

UWEC is a gem within the UW System. The staff here really wants every student to succeed, and the number of opportunities offered here is a dream for any undergrad. I'm going to miss this campus when I graduate.

Love my experience here, professors are great if you're poli sci :)

Going here is honestly one of the best decisions I've ever made. UWEC isn't big, but it's not small either and there are tons of opportunities through the school as well as in town. People like to complain about the food but it's honestly fine. The river is gorgeous and I often sit by it after class or hike next to it. Everyone should go to UWEC!!

Dont go to hilltop
Overall 4.3
I love this school. Well, besides the food. There are opportunities for everyone, and the people ripping on the school must reach out and stop expecting people to come up to them. The demographic of people here is so diverse it would be impossible not to find someone with the same interests.

Beautiful campus.

Love this campus, the only downside is the hill and stairs, be prepared to walk!
Bad reviews
Overall 1.6
This is a school that is more concerned with inclusion than teacher useful skills in the job market. For the number of YouTube videos my professors used the YouTube logo should be on my degree.
Overall 1.8
The majority of my professors were lackluster, with only 3-4 being great and memorable. The campus itself is boring and mostly outdated, Centennial and Davies are the only nice buildings.I have visited several friends at schools such as UST, UND, SDSU, and U of M and every time I just regret coming here. I would recommend going to a larger school.
Overall 1.8
I have never been more miserable at school. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. There is no support for you here, and any questions you have will not be answered clearly. You will never know where you stand graduation wise. I don't have a single pro for this school. Parking is horrible, food is horrible, social life is horrible. Teachers are mid at best.
Overall 1.8
The education system here is a complete joke. Most of these professors should be teaching high school instead of college. Major lack of communication, poorly structured classes and the effort given by some professors is absolutely insulting. Stay away from the art department.

I went to Eau Claire for a semester and couldnt take it any longer. I did a random roommate and they couldnt have picked a girl more different than me and I had to change rooms mid-semester. It felt like I was reliving high school with all of the cliques around campus and, to be honest, going to Eau Claire is the biggest regret I have in life.
