I transferred to UWM my freshman year and it was the best decision I ever made. Our Chancellor truly cares and I feel super welcomed and that every staff member and professor cares about me as a student and a person. Its going to be sad leaving this campus next year when I graduate. #pantherproud

Great University
Overall 4.6
It is a super fun school. There's a ton of people so making new friends is easy. There are tons of opportunities here.
Overall 4.5
Transferring into this school was super easy and the job opportunities are amazing. Most professors are understanding and the academic support on campus gets me through my courses!
Overall 4.5
Everything on campus makes me feel so at home.
Overall 4.4
Couldn't imagine myself anywhere else honestly. UWM has great qualities: diverse, large campus, and professors are nice.
Overall 4.3
Its a pretty good school, and got a lot of good opertunities

DO NOT go to school here. It has been the worst experience ever. There's nowhere to park, no campus life, and the professors have no clue what they are talking about. I'm in nursing and I haven't had one professor that doesn't read straight off the slides. Find a different school asap.
Overall 1.7
UWM wants your money. They don't care about your education. They always side with the teacher in any dispute. They waste money on buildings and programs that only a small amount will use. Putting students in the dorms during covid while also providing almost zero amenities but charging full price was borderline criminal. No social life on campus.
Overall 1.8
The nursing program at UWM is a huge joke! One of the advisors is so rude and basically tells students they'll have zero chances of getting into the "competitive" program. This school and program are not respected in the field and I wish they actually cared about students as individuals and not just a number!
Overall 1.8
I would not recommend this university at all. I was advertised its study abroad program but my advisor DISSUADED me from going, I've had so many awful professors, the dorm life is terrible, and accessibility is next to none. I was actually told that UW-Madison is better at accommodating disabilities by an ASL interpreter. I should have transferred.
Overall 1.9
The food sucks. There are lots of robberies that make me feel unsafe.
Overall 1.9
This school is awful. The food is so bad, the area is not safe, not to mention the constant robberies and shootings and sexual assault cases they have going on every other week. DO NOT GO HERE. The only thing I liked was it was on the beach and was a pretty sight to walk to and hangout.
Overall 1.9
It's basically high school
Overall 2
My time at this University didn't last long but for a commuting school, its great, and the teachers are great. You will learn a lot. But it is definitely not the most social school. However, the dorm and food were great.
