Wallace has tutoring in person and online. Wallace helps with food in the lions kitchen. They help with gas if needed. Campus ministry is wonderful. If you need help with anything Wallace will help you find places outside of Wallace to meet your needs. Wallace is a nice place, good people, and good teachers and staff. Try hard.

I transferred here from another community college and such a great decision. This place actually feels like a college compared to my other college. There's always something going on around campus. Definitely play in the intramural sports. I've met so many people thru that. Everyone is super nice and helpful.

LOVEEEE this school! the professors are always willing to help and the advisors are so very helpful! Lots and lots of things to do on campus! I love how everybody is so welcoming and always have a smile on their face! will definitely recommend this school to multiple people in the upcoming years!
Overall 4.6
I've been involved in the fine performing arts department at Wallace, taking classes and being part of band, dance, and singing has been the highlight of my college years. Being part of performing groups at the Burrow center promotes close family-like friendships while enjoying the love of performing while also getting an education.

So glad I attended Wallace before transferring to a university. Best decision I could've made. Made wonderful friends, had fantastic teachers, even the president of the college was very involved in all student activities.

There is a line from a Queen song...... Ive got to get out of this prison cell which describes the vibe at Wallace perfectly. Depressing place and location. A handful of decent people but not many. Happiest day was when I got outta this place.
Overall 1.3
If you need an extra year of high school before entering a real college, Wallace could be that place. You can safe money and knock out some easy classes for a yr but buyer beware. This place mimics a high school and is a far cry from any true college experience. Tone down any college expectations that you may have if coming to Wallace.
Overall 1.3
Covid-19 is a sad situation but its a savior for me at Wallace. Going to online classes at a place like this is the best thing ever. This town and campus are just plain awful. Unfortunately there is no other way to put it. From the culture to the campus to the people who work here.... its all very dated. Feels like being in an old movie from 1970
Overall 1.3
the phrase location location location was obviously not invented here. Ha... worst location ever I mean its awful.
Overall 1.4
Unless you are a local commuter dont come to Wallace. And actually many of the commuters dont like it but at least they can go home after class and not have to stay in Hanceville. Its an absolutely desolate place. Nothing good or exciting happens here. Its even a dreary place to drive thru. Much better options elsewhere.
Overall 1.4
Just seems like a place that people, dont want to be. Teachers, students, general staff.... everybody seems malcontent and just going through the motions. This place is stuck in time from like 35 years ago. The common goal is to not be here and to get out ASAP.

The school is so incredibly unorganized and there's lots of bad professord that never get handled by administration. I did my first two years here and it was awful.

If you have a bad act score coming out of high school Wallace may be a place for you. It was like a redo of my senior year of hs.
