This place is awesome! Should be far more highly ranked. The faculty are amazing, and you have an incredible range of opportunities for getting to know them, building experience, and moving ahead. Location may be rural for some, but the Chester River and the Bay way more than make up for it. And Annapolis, Baltimore, Wilmington, DC are close.

ily WAC

Nestled in the historical village of Chestertown, MD, Washington College is a healthy school environment. There's more to do around town than you would expect, and the waterfront campus, complete with boats for student use, is gorgeous. The food is top notch for a college campus, and the campus community is, for the most part, supportive.

WAC is such an incredible college. The only downside is the town itself which can be lifeless and there's not a lot of shops. Though, the college offers a lot of clubs and there's always something going on from the Student Events board. The people here are brilliant and it's so easy to find a job.

Very good school overall, in a small clean town within 1.5 hour drive to 3 major cities. Academics are good, and professors honestly care about your well being and the learning environment. There are plenty of facilities offered if tutoring is needed and many other resources. Campus is nice and clean. One con is Public Safety is out to get you.
Overall 4.3
Chestertown is perfect for me. There are plenty of opportunities provided by the school and friends to get out into the surrounding cities if you have the time and inclination. This is a small community that really cares about you. The career opportunities are incredible in nearby DC, and Baltimore plus lots of on-campus jobs. I love WAC.

Professors: amazing, approachable, & invested in students, will help students to pick classes. Internships: opportunities in town connected to the college. Student clubs: very active & have many activities each week, some social event every night wed-Fri organized by a club. Town: super cute w/lots of festivals & farmers market. Students: diverse.

terrible college. the quality of the schools facilities, and education don't come close to matching their ridiculous price! Off campus parties are so exclusive that there are guest lists and bouncers at the door. Strongly consider not attending Washington College

This College seriously sucks, Please take my most sincere advice and don't go there. Unless you want to work in a restaurant as a waiter or a office as an administrative assistant for the rest of your life . They teach you nothing

Worst place ever

Academics were too challenging for the rigor of the school. I felt more challenged by my high school AP courses than my college courses. There was a lack of anything to do on the weekends other than drink. I never intended to live my life on the east coast & it became clear to me that the job opportunities and networking didn't extend beyond MD.

Dont go to Washington College, it is in the middle of no where, and you got a very limited choices of the classes there, most of the professor are not that great. Learn nothing

if you like mcdonalds, the country side, lack of social actives, bad food, subpar on campus housing, driving at least 40 minutes for civilization and D3 sporting teams this place is for you!

Hate it.
