Good reviews
Overall 5
It is an amazing, safe location with an incredibly friendly community. The opportunities seem too many to even know about. Despite the ease of admission into undergraduate programs, the classes are high quality, and the professors are impressive. I have learned so much.

Pullman is such a cool town. It’s safe and quiet, but is so proud of WSU. It’s a unique experience. After graduating going back to Pullman will feel like going home.

Perfect fit if you’re a sports fan

Well, I'm a freshman in a global pandemic so I think the fact that I love Wazzu this much and it's not even normal by any means shows a lot. There's a reason why people that go here are obsessed with the school. The only way to describe it is that it just feels like home. So much fun, and so safe. The people here make you feel like you're a family.

best environment ever

This school is phenomenal. There are so many opportunities to better yourself and enjoy yourself. Making friends is as easy as saying "hello" to the person next to you. If you have a chance, come to Pullman. Washington State University will give you an amazing college experience. GO COUGS!!

Bad reviews
Overall 1.3
Do not come here if you are going for anything in STEM. They take all of your money and give it to their sports teams. The professors are just here for a paycheck and are very unhelpful. There is no social life outside of greek life unless you are actively involved in all of the clubs.
Overall 1.3
Are you ready to go across the state/country to learn from grad students who are teaching for the first time in their life? Not only are they inexperienced, WSU seemingly hires people with super thick accents and terrible handwriting. If you care about your education please go somewhere else. There are some good teachers but the ratio is depressing
Overall 1.5
This school is in the middle of nowhere, most professors dont care about you, the school certainly does not care about you unless youre spending money on football. If you want a subpar education for prestige prices of being brainwashed into being a member of the Coug cult, then you will love it here. Go Cougs! By the way, theres rats.
Overall 1.6
The corruption here is unbelievable. More and more professors are leaving due to poor treatment and low pay. Money continues to be funneled up to the executives (i.e. "administration") who contribute nothing to the school. Tuition increases yearly, but buildings are falling apart, enrollment is down, and our reputation is in shambles. Stay far away
Overall 1.9
Campus is awful for STEM majors with most professors unenthusiastic about teaching. Poor facilities for the science and housing across the board. Nothing to do if you don't party. The only active clubs seem to be ethnic clubs and GL. Politically liberal to cover up heavy substance abuse by students.
