This is a good school. I can not speak for the other departments but the Civil Engineering department is the best. All the professors are awesome and knowledgeable. They always willing to help and always make the time to help.

Good school bad location, you get alerts of shooting all the time

So glad i chose to come here

I love Wentworth! I have made so many friends. Baker is fun to live in.

Can't say much other than your experience will be what you make of it here.
Overall 4.2
Always have to work harder and harder.

I love WIT and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. The school is smaller so most of your teachers know your name if you make the smallest effort to get to know them. A lot of them care about you if you care about the class. Campus is the perfect mix of in the city but still has its own area just to itself. T- stop is right outside the dorms.
Overall 4.1
I'm in my Junior year studying Engineering/CS and feel very valued as a student. Faculty and professors really care about your success and give you tons of resources for growth. Alumni I know are very satisfied with career paths. While the student body isn't as extroverted, I've made great friends at Accelerate/HackWITus that are actively engaged.
Overall 4.1
A very expensive school, but it tends to be worth it. Though it doesn't have the most prestigious application requirements, don't think it won't make you work for your degree!
Overall 4.1
I've enjoyed my time here, but it's really what you make of it. If you're willing to put in the time and effort, you'll get a lot back. On the other hand, this school is challenging, and if you slack off it will walk all over you and you will be miserable.

Everyone I knew my first year at school started to drop like flies sophomore for UMB, UMA, and NEU lol not the best retention rate if you plan to make friends. If you wanna study, well good luck actually learning professors can't teach that well. Don't recommend unless you don't mind being alone
Overall 1.7
Would've prefered Umass Boston to some degree. The school has a decent reputation for employers but then on every other spectrum you have to decide if its worth it. Sure you can get a good job, but is the experience worth it over here? Transferring wise, good luck you can transfer but might lose alot of credits, and they wont care.

Would not reccomend
Overall 1.9
Wentworth is an OK school if you're laser focused on going into industry and are fine with the fact that your social life will be lacking. I'm just about finished with my freshman year and I am transferring to Umass Amherst. The atmosphere here seems to be everyone for themselves as opposed to a supportive community like the other schools I've seen
Overall 1.9
They just want your money! Northeastern University is right across the street and they have a WAY better co-op program than Wentworth, their campus is much more gorgeous, etc. If you're thinking of attending/transferring to a university, choose Northeastern. Just be sure you are 100% certain what kind of program and career you want to pursue.

Unless you live in Massachusetts I don't see why you would have any desire to come here. I compare this school to a community college. Social life is awful if you're a dude because there are no gals here and c'mon that's the whole point of college.
