Western Kentucky has a beautiful campus and a great place to go if you’re looking to get bang out of your buck.
1. Awesome professors: WKU was historically a teachers college and has carried a standard for educators
2. Perfect size campus: Big enough to feel like a large campus, but small enough to notice when money goes to modernizing.

Nice place to get an education. Glad they work with military service members!

This campus is great. So many things to do and different organizations to join. There are plenty of food options and most are really good. I like that the campus is so close to everything. Most professors are good depending on which major you are in. Overall, love this campus.

WKU was such a great place to go to college for undergrad! Coming from eastern Kentucky, I hadn't really heard much about WKU until I started looking into schools, and fell in love the first trip to visit campus and Bowling Green. It's the perfect "big college town" that's like 45 minutes from downtown Nashville, so wins all around!

I am in love with my campus and everyone who has made the first two years of college truly wonderful.

GOOOOO TOPPPSSSS!!!!!!!!!
Overall 4.8
It's a beautiful campus. I have had good experiences and poor experiences; however, most have always been good. It is smaller, but just big enough. I love the location of Bowling Green because you can quickly get around. Food options on campus are amazing. They also have many ways to get involved. The highlight of my experience was Jordan Davis.
Overall 4.8
Campus as a whole is a beautiful place to be with all the green space and wildlife. My classes are informative and the professors want to see you succeed. Plus, campus staff and organizations listen to their students and strive to work towards accomplishing them together. WKU is a great college to attend from academics to social to location.
Bad reviews

I'm extremely disappointed in their online program. In my experience the instructors issued a syllabus, an e-text, and essentially said to email them if you needed help. Not a single lecture video was uploaded. ALL of the coursework was through the abysmal e-text. For what WKU charges I expected a MUCH better online academic experience.
Overall 1.1
WKU shows a lack of genuine concern for students; their main emphasis is on financial gains, which is unfortunate. The quality of their restaurants is quite underwhelming. They lean towards employing students rather than hiring fulltime workers.Security in different areas of the campus, such as parking lots and dormitories, is notably deficient.
Overall 1.7
School is on a hill so you’ll be walking up a hill most likely, bad when it rains cause campus is flooded. Some buildings are newer than others needs renovations. Small town feel school it’s alright, the internet is absolutely the worst. For how much you pay this school to get a degree is pretty underwhelming. Only an hour from Nashville.
Overall 1.7
Advertised as inclusive, but cliques run the campus. Buildings are dirty and restaurant staff are rude and disrespectful. Theft and vandalism in parking lots and dorms.
Overall 1.9
Iv been a student here for 5 years and Im not impressed. I go here because its close to home, not because its a good school. WKU cares about money more than the average college and will charge you a ridiculous price for anything they can from parking to paper to cleaning fees snuck into your tuition. Avoid if at all possible.
Overall 2
Dorms, classrooms, and food courts are nasty and barely kept up to code. Social life is clique-heavy.
