This school is filled with so many professors who are willing to be authentic and go the extra mile to help you learn. This school’s dual enrollment program changed my life and I love this college and everyone who works there.
Overall 4.7
The campus is very welcoming and friendly. Smaller classes equal more one on one time with the teachers. There are many ways to get help if you need it
Overall 4.6
I love this school, there are a lot of great classes offered. I love that I can transfer to a university after getting my pre-reqs at WNC and at half the cost of what it would have been if I went straight to UNR.
Overall 4.6
The community is great and everyone is really welcoming. Western Nevada College has a great Jumpstart program and student government is very welcoming and including to the rest of the campus.
Overall 4.5
Free parking. Clean Campus. Good Adjunct Teachers due to the fact that they usually work in the field.

Small school, good teachers, free parking. I like being able to get my core classes done at WNC before transferring and paying BIG at the UNR.

In many way's this school is worse than TMCC, and that's saying something.
Overall 1.5
They tend to not do anything proactive about professor quality or misconduct unless it violates the law. Also I have noticed a lack of support of professors whose online experience is lacking or faulty.

If you want to go to school with a bunch of moms or middle aged men that are having their mid life crisis this is the place for you. To be fair its veery cheap to come here but if you can afford to go to a University i would. The nursing program here is amazing but other than that there is not much. I would steer clear :)
Overall 1.8
It's a good place to get in, get your degree, and get out.
Overall 1.8
I've attended 4 different colleges and so far I'm really not impressed. The teachers are apathetic towards their students. Teaching styles are outdated, and school in general is unorganized and limited. There are however not any real options in the area.
Overall 1.9
I consistantly had problems getting dropped from my classes every single semester I attended and I even payed on time! They have lazy staff members (the only exceptions being a few at the Douglas Campus) who refuse to help you with anything! They do have some pretty great teachers there but they are few and far between.
