Transferring after my first semester. Very rural, class are high school level.

Don't go here. Horrible place. Worst experience of my life and biggest waste of money ever
Overall 1
The horses are mistreated, the classes are a joke, housing is astronomical, students are forced to live on campus, students with allergies are forced to have a meal plan, there is so much mold in all the buildings which causes students to get sick, theres mice in the vents, the WiFi never works, the gym is disgusting, and campus security is a joke
Overall 1.2
Is the equivalent of high school both socially and academically. Great staff but no challenge academically- real world will knock you down fast, terrible internet, no participation in clubs, greek life will be only reason to stay! If not here for horses or ASL then I don't understand. Don't even publish the transfer rate which says something.
Overall 1.5
Known in the equestrian world, with good chances for those students to do those things. Everything else is lackluster: many of the buildings are falling apart and only meet minimum accessibility (some, like the science building, don't), the town is "American Gothic" cracking around the edges, the classes are meh for the debt, would not do again.

The food is appalling to say the least. The president thinks shes God. Structural integrity of most acedemic buildings are failing and their excuse is historical value. The only good aspect is the equine program. Dont come here. All they do is lie and take your money.
Overall 1.9
The gen. ed classes here are easier than the classes at my high school. The teachers are mediocre at best and only a few majors are lucky enough to get knowledgable ones. Dorms are old and many have bug problems or mold.
Overall 2
Located in a small town, most people drive 30 minutes for entertainment or go to one of the bars in town. Campus is socially equivalent to high school. Don't rely on the internet, you will rarely connect to it. Academically, a community college prepared me better for the real world. Transferring here was a mistake.
