Great school!
Overall 4.7
Close to a lot of cities and there's always stuff going on in York. The professors care a lot about students.
Overall 4.7
All the professors are really great! They are very willing to help and will do almost anything to help you out.
Overall 4.3
As a commuter, and someone who has lived in the area my entire life, my 15-mile drive to and from campus is absolutely worth it! My father went here, and now I'm following in his exact footsteps. The faculty here, especially in Education, is amazing, and everyone will know your name. I highly recommend coming to YCP!

I did not think I was going to stay at the school freshmen year, and then I got involved and made the most of college. York is an excellent place to go if you don't want to be a face in a sea of other faces. Professors are personable, and the administration wants you to succeed.

Small but very inviting and happy place

York is an amazing school and I feel so at home here. The people on campus are super friendly and all of my teachers have been super nice

This place sucks. Professors and staff do not care about you or your future. Overall a horrible school.

Worst college ever!
Overall 1.1
This school gets a way better reputation than it deserves. All classes are small but most professors don't care about their jobs. The business program used to have a good reputation but in recent years good professors have left and terrible ones have been their replacement. The food is terrible and most dorms don't have air conditioning.
Overall 1.1
If I could transfer without adding a year to my education, I would have left ages ago. Administration is no help with anything at all. Prepare for a constant stream of screwups from most of you professors, your adviser, and literally every single person in the administration. If I could have left some of these ratings at zero, I would have.
Overall 1.2
I'm a transfer student to York College and after spending a year here its the biggest mistake leaving my last school. The food here is basically like high school if not worse and the professors are unqualified. If you are a business major, forget about going to York College! Almost all the professors are unqualified to do their job!
Overall 1.8
The Location isn't really near anything fun. Save for two movie theaters and overpriced bowling. The facilities aren't that great and a lot needs to be updated. Recently got a new internet service which is shoddy and barely works. The food is terrible and not good for someone with a sensitive stomach. Campus security is a big joke.

York is very boring
Overall 2
Located in Southern York, it is a few miles from anything relevant, but only two blocks from the ghetto, YCP is exceptionally bland from food, to social opportunities, to guidance from faculty. The slogan: From Day One, only seems to refer to when campus safety will start ticketing you and when the administration starts restricting your account.
Overall 2
Attended York because it was a smaller campus with a charming feel; and now as a senior, I wish I had gone elsewhere. The school is not bad, on the surface, but once you dig into the teachers, the offered classes, the cafeteria, and the people in the offices/on campus, you realize how bad everything is. Would not attend again if I could go back.
