I love it here!!!
Overall 5
I made some of my best friends at YHC and learned that I could make it on my own. I had some pretty devasting family deaths while I attended YHC and my college family helped me through them. The location is serene and the professors and staff were alway amazing. My dorm was dated but with good friends, you don't even notice. Best 2 years ever!

YHC is the best place to be!
Overall 4.6
Some facilities had a tough time working in terms of things in the dorms being broken and taking forever to fix it (washer, dryer, water fountain, water heater, etc.). Also, if you emailed a staff member (not professor), it would take a good while for them to respond.
Overall 4.5
I love everything about this campus. It's perfectly nestled in the Georgian mountains. The professors actually care about your success and are more than happy to help you learn and grow. At YHC you won't be redirected to a TA if you need help which is such an awesome thing.
Overall 4.5
i think other students have to experience YHC to understand why people here love it so much.

This place is amazing! Like a magical wonderland of a school. All the teachers were really great and they always helped you out. They were real people, not robots like at some schools. The worst decision I ever made was leaving this school for a bigger university!
Overall 4.4
Great school, definitely a place you need to visit before you make a final decision. The location and 'seclusion' isn't for everyone but its beautiful and there are many sights and towns worth visiting. As long as you aren't expecting some huge city, you will be surprised to find yourself very happy here.
Overall 4.3
I am a freshman this year. Let me tell this is the most beautiful campus I have ever been on! The professors are literally THE BEST!! The food is AMAZING and they just got a new center with a new library, Chik-fil-a and Starbucks!! AMAZINGGGG!!
Overall 4.3
Its the best education for the price. The student body applies themselves in order to create a better future. The student body knows how to study hard and play hard too. Young Harris College is the best small town school I could ask for. Yes the college is small but there is plenty of things to do.

WORST SCHOOL EVER
Overall 1.3
Young Harris is beautiful and gives students a closer student to teacher environment. There is no night life and not a lot to do. The clubs and little things that the school throws are down right terribly boring. The parties in the villages are so god awful. I come from an okay party place, turn away unless you only want outdoor fun
Overall 1.5
This place has changed and not for the better. Find a better, cheaper place. What it was when I started is not what it is today; much of the charm, grace, and character has vanished. Sad reality.
Overall 1.6
Very isolated and there is NO parking for students, faculty or staff.
Overall 1.9
Felt more like high school than college. On top of that, there is very little to do. Don't come here unless you are outdoorsy, otherwise you will be extremely bored. The towers are a pig sty and people act like animals in the bathrooms. I saw some truly disgusting stuff in there. The Internet is awful. There were some awesome professors though.
