Yuba College is a great school. Most of the teachers are very nice and understanding. The classes are good classes. The counselors are usually amazing and help you with as much as they can. The campus are both very nice.
Overall 4
I have never attended a college like this one. The teachers and staff are so helpful and supportive. Students that do not do well here are simply not trying.

Terrible College.
Overall 1.2
The only thing they have going for them is the specialty programs (Welding, Veterinary, etc..) but they need to fund those programs to keep them going if they are going to succeed.
Overall 1.3
Its a convenient school when you live in the surrounding area. But when it comes to the campus life and academics the quality is very poor. The school can get you degree and transfer you but the campus is depressing . There are some decent instructors but most of the students that attend the school are mostly underachievers and lack motivation.
Overall 1.3
Campus is old and dirty. Equipment constantly fails w/o repair. Cafeteria closes @ 1 but don't bother after 12 most days. Some good profs but most could care less and don't even care about the material or teaching it for district provided finals. I don't know if I will return next semester.
Overall 1.3
They removed a lot of classes, the times for the classes don't make a lot of sense, and not all of the counselors are helpful. The tutoring center needs better tutors,or someone younger to run it.

None.
Overall 1.3
The campus is in the middle of a very poor, drug infested area. It's run down, and it's extremely depressing driving to it and seeing a ton of crackheads and tweakers. It's definitely not inspiring to say the least.
Overall 1.4
Hate it

Yuba College is pretty "Eh" when it comes to the community college scale, but it gets you the credits you need to transfer to a 4-year.
