Differentiate between:i) Location based services & Google mapii) Geocoding & reverse geocoding

i) Location Based Services vs Google Map:

Location Based Services (LBS) are a general category of services that are provided based on the geographical location of a device, such as a smartphone or a computer connected to the internet. These services include a wide range of applications, such as navigation, local search, asset tracking, and advertising.

Google Maps, on the other hand, is a specific web mapping service developed by Google. It offers satellite imagery, aerial photography, street maps, and interactive panoramic views of streets. Google Maps also provides route planning for traveling by foot, car, bicycle, air, and public transportation. So, Google Maps is an example of a location-based service.

ii) Geocoding vs Reverse Geocoding:

Geocoding is the process of converting addresses (like "1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA") into geographic coordinates (like latitude 37.423021 and longitude -122.083739), which you can use to place markers on a map, or position the map.

Reverse geocoding, on the other hand, is the process of converting geographic coordinates into a human-readable address. It's the exact opposite of geocoding. For example, you can use reverse geocoding to get the address corresponding to a set of coordinates.
