a. A few years ago, I was working on a group project for a college course. I was responsible for a significant portion of the work, but due to other commitments and poor time management, I ended up submitting my part late. This had a ripple effect on the rest of my team. They had to wait for my work to complete their parts, which caused them to rush and stress more than necessary. This also resulted in our project being submitted late, which affected our grade.

b. Reflecting on this, I would definitely handle things differently in the future. I would ensure to manage my time more effectively, prioritizing tasks to ensure that I meet deadlines. I would also communicate better with my team, letting them know in advance if I'm struggling with my part, so we could find a solution together. This experience taught me the importance of responsibility and teamwork.
