Tell us about a time when you learned something new or upsikilled yourself, and how you overcame any challenges during the process.

A few months ago, I decided to learn Python, a programming language. I had no prior experience in coding, so this was a completely new field for me. I started by enrolling in an online course. The first few lessons were quite straightforward and I was able to grasp the basics easily. However, as the course progressed, the concepts became more complex and I started facing difficulties.

The first challenge was time management. With my regular work and other commitments, I found it hard to dedicate time to learning Python. To overcome this, I started waking up an hour earlier than usual to study Python. This gave me a quiet and uninterrupted time to focus on learning.

The second challenge was understanding the complex concepts. There were times when I would get stuck on a topic and would not be able to move forward. I realized that just watching the videos and reading the material was not enough. I needed to practice. So, I started working on small projects. This helped me understand the concepts better as I was applying them practically.

The third challenge was staying motivated. There were times when I felt like giving up. But I reminded myself of why I started learning Python in the first place. I also celebrated small victories, like completing a project or understanding a complex topic, which kept me motivated.

In the end, I was able to complete the course and even received a certification. I am now able to write Python scripts and have even automated some of my tasks at work. This experience taught me that with dedication, discipline, and the right approach, one can learn anything they want.
