Discuss Five (5) forms of cataloguing commonly used in library and information Centre

Hierarchical Cataloguing: This form of cataloguing is based on a hierarchy or "tree" structure. Each entry is linked to others in a parent-child relationship. This form of cataloguing is commonly used in digital libraries.

Metadata Cataloguing: This is a modern form of cataloguing that involves creating metadata (data about data) for resources. This can include information about the content, format, creation, and usage of a resource. This form of cataloguing is commonly used in digital libraries and information centres.
